Budget and home size

Kharadi carries a premium because of its offices, malls and schools. For the same budget, Wagholi usually gets you a bigger home or one extra bedroom. If you want a 3 BHK but your budget is closer to a 2 BHK in Kharadi, Wagholi and Upper Kharadi are worth a look.

Commute

If you work at EON IT Park, World Trade Center or Gera Commerzone, living in Kharadi can mean a commute of a few minutes. From Wagholi the same drive is longer and depends on highway traffic at peak hours. Before you decide, drive the route at the time you would actually travel.

Lifestyle and amenities

Kharadi: Phoenix Marketcity, international schools, multi-speciality hospitals and plenty of restaurants close by.
Wagholi: larger township projects with big podium amenities, newer schools and growing retail along the highway.

Who should choose which

Choose Kharadi if a short commute and a ready neighbourhood matter most. Choose Wagholi if you want more space, a newer township and a lower entry price, and you are comfortable with a slightly longer drive.
