agkeystone is a real estate agent registered with MahaRERA (Registration No. A011182603209). We help buyers find and buy projects built by third-party developers. We are not the developer of any project shown.
Information on this site
Project details, prices, images and floor plans come from developers and public sources. They are indicative and may change without notice. Always verify details with the developer and on the MahaRERA website before making a payment.
Brokerage
We charge buyers 0% brokerage on new projects listed on this site.
No offer
Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. A booking is governed only by the agreement you sign with the developer.
Payments
Never pay agkeystone or anyone else in cash for a booking. All booking payments go directly to the developer's registered bank account.
Liability
agkeystone is not responsible for delays, changes or defects in a developer's project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Pune having jurisdiction.
