Upper Kharadi, along the Kharadi–Wagholi road, is where many of east Pune’s new launches are coming up. Large developers have picked up land here for townships, and buyers get newer projects at lower entry prices than central Kharadi.
Why buyers are looking here
- Close to the Kharadi IT offices, without central-Kharadi prices
- Large township launches with clubhouses, pools and big open spaces
- Schools, hospitals and retail like Decathlon already nearby
What to check before you book
- MahaRERA registration: every project and phase should have its own number. Check it on the MahaRERA website.
- Road access: some plots are reached by internal or upcoming roads. Visit the site and check the approach road yourself.
- Carpet area, not just price: compare the price per square foot of carpet area, not the total price alone.
- Phase and tower: later phases are often priced higher. Ask which tower and floor the quoted price is for.

Brochures and renders only tell part of the story. On a site visit you see the actual plot, the sample flat and the neighbourhood. We arrange free site visits with pick-up and drop, and our advisor compares the projects with you on the spot.
